01About these terms
These terms apply to classes, workshops, events and online payments offered by Indīvarā Arts (Reg. No. Chhatrapat/0000275/2025), D-421, Freedom Towers, Akashwani Chowk, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar 431001, and to the use of this website.
By enrolling in a class, booking an event or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a child, you accept them on the child's behalf.
02Classes and enrolment
New students may take a trial class before joining. After the trial, we suggest a batch based on the student's age, level and availability. Places in each batch are limited and confirmed only after the first fee is received.
Class timings, teachers or batches may occasionally change. We will tell you in advance on WhatsApp or by phone whenever possible.
03Fees and payments
Class fees are shared with you at the time of enrolment and are payable in advance for the period agreed. Event and workshop prices are shown on the Events page.
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI details. A payment is complete only when it is confirmed by Razorpay and you receive a booking ID.
04Event bookings
Seats for events are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is confirmed once you see the confirmation screen with your Booking ID; please keep it (a screenshot is fine) and share it at the venue if asked.
While you complete a payment, your seats are held for 15 minutes. If the payment is not completed in that time, the seats are released.
Event details such as time and venue may change for reasons beyond our control. We will inform booked guests using the phone number or email given at booking.
05Cancellations and refunds
- If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- If you cancel an event booking at least 48 hours before the event, write to us and we will refund the amount paid. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not refundable, but you may transfer your seat to someone else by letting us know.
- Class fees for a period that has already started are not refundable. Missed classes can be made up in another batch where possible.
- Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.

06Online classes
Online classes are live sessions. Please join from a quiet space with a stable internet connection and enough room to dance safely. Recording a class or sharing the class link is not allowed without our permission.
07Conduct, health and safety
Students are expected to be punctual, follow the studio's practice dress guidelines and treat teachers and fellow students with respect.
Bharatanatyam is physically demanding. Please tell us about any injury, health condition or medical advice before classes begin. Students take part at their own risk; we take reasonable care to keep classes safe, and parents or guardians remain responsible for children before and after class.
08Photos and videos
We sometimes photograph or film classes, recitals and events and may share them on this website and our social media. If you prefer that you or your child do not appear, tell us and we will respect that and remove existing content on request.
09Content and choreography
The choreography, teaching material, text, photos and videos on this website belong to Indīvarā Arts or are used with permission. Please do not copy or publish them without our written consent.
10Website and liability
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
